According to the construction requirements, some retarders or accelerators are added. The proportion of each component is not important, it is important to select all kinds of raw materials and gradation, do a good job in the application of raw materials, so that the properties of high-alumina castable to achieve high quality performance is important, many raw materials of high-alumina castable formula are not fixed, the quality of raw materials is good or bad. In the configuration process, it is important to meet the needs of customers and meet the user's use standards.

At present, the bauxite fine powder used in the market needs to go through three stages: decomposition and dehydration, secondary mullite and heavy crystal combustion in the combustion process of calcined bauxite, and then vibrated into powder by Ramon grinder to sift into different specifications. It is mainly used in the following industries:

(1) Aluminium smelting industry. Used in national defense, aviation, automobile, electrical appliances, chemical industry, daily necessities, etc.
(2) Precision casting. Bauxite clinker is processed into fine powder to make casting mold and then precision casting. Used in military, aerospace, communications, instrumentation, machinery and medical equipment departments.
(3) Using magnesia and bauxite clinker as raw materials and adding appropriate binder, the effect of pouring the whole barrel lining of Shenggang bucket is very good.
(4) various compounds that can be used to produce aluminum in bauxite cement, grinding materials, ceramic industry and chemical industry。
(5) Used in refractory products. The refractory degree of high bauxite clinker is as high as 1780 ℃, the chemical stability is strong, and the physical properties are good.
(6) Aluminium silicate refractory fiber. It has the advantages of light weight, high temperature resistance, good thermal stability, low thermal conductivity, small thermal capacity and mechanical impact resistance. Used in iron and steel, nonferrous metallurgy, electronics, petroleum, chemical industry, aerospace, atomic energy, national defense and other industries. It can be pressed into fiber blanket, plate or woven cloth instead of industrial high temperature kiln lined refractory brick, such as smelting, chemical industry, glass and so on. Firefighters can make clothes out of refractory fiber cloth.
